Payment Policy

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged prior to your arrival. All accounts are payable on departure. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to twenty four hours before the booked date, incur no fee. Thereafter the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation.

Changes in reservation term:
Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Once a guest has checked in, an earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.
