Invercargill
Founded in 1856, Invercargill is well known for it’s friendly people, wonderful wide streets, interesting historic buildings and great tourist facilities for a city of it’s size.
It is one of the southernmost cities in the world and is at the bottom of the South Island of New Zealand.
Invercargill residents are fortunate enough to have fabulous sporting facilities such as the only indoor cycling velodrome in New Zealand, a superb sports stadium and brand new hockey turfs.
